Debra S. Hoy
1950 - 2016

Debra S. Hoy, born October 4th, 1950. Entered into rest August 17th, 2016. Deb was a retired homemaker. Married 30 years to the love of her life and a mother of two.

She was intelligent with a great sense of humor. There was never a dull moment in our household. She was our rock. Words could never express the loss our hearts feel without her by our side. She had a way about her that just touched all of us. We will be lost without her but she will live in our hearts until we meet again. She was also an honest and very blunt person who expressed how she felt and no one could ever hold a candle to her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Smith and Lizzie Berry, her son Paul, her brothers Dallas and Willis Conley and her sister Lorraine Conley. She was survived by her loving husband, Chuck Hoy, her daughter, Kelly Sue, step-son, Matthew, grandchildren, Shannon "Izzy" (Andy) Montell, Tommy "Bobalouie" Hennen, great-grandchildren, Mackenzie "Flip" and Mackayla "Flipper" Montell, sister, Kaye (John) Vannatter, brother, Earl (Tuddie) Berry, nephew, Little Johnnie V., and her favorite daily companion Sunny (Casey), not to mention all the rest of her wonderful family and friends.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 3-4pm, Sunday, August 21st, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 339 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123, where a memorial service will begin at 4pm.
