Darlene Gaines, age 61, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday, January 7, 2017.
Darlene will be remembered as a loving and caring mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many. She was the proprietor of Tickets Galore in Dublin, OH.
Surviving family includes daughters, Melissa Bachstetter and Shelly (Paul) Applegate; step-daughters, Diza (Steve) Grines and Kelly (Mike) Perry; grandchildren, Joby (Brooke) Maynard, Jacob and Courtney Perry, Zac and Laila Jewett, Peyton Bachstetter and Tyler and Olivia Sali; great-granddaughter, Cali Maynard; sisters, Gloria Duey, Nancy (David) Millar and Beverly "Snook" (Mike) Smith; brothers, Terry (Jeanie) Huston, Scott (Jackie) Huston and David Huston; sister-in-law, Sharon Huston; also survived by many nieces and nephews and special friends, Lea "Lulu" Barry, Matt and Kristina Colahan.
Preceded in death by husband, George Gaines; parents, Marvin and Beulah Huston; siblings, Carolyn Townsend, Rocky, Gary, Tom and Susie Huston.
A Celebration of life for Darlene will be held Saturday, February 18, 2017 at VFW, 2330 Stelzer Rd., Columbus, OH 43219 from 7:30 - 11:30 p.m. Please wear scarlet and gray.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Kobacker House, 800 McConnell Drive, Columbus, OH 43214.
