Charles E. "Chuck" Snyder

Charles "Chuck" E. Snyder, 67 of Westerville, passed away unexpectedly at his home on February 19, 2017. He was born on May 7, 1949 to the late Ralph Edward and Reba Gay (Roach) Snyder in Charleston, WV. Charles loved his family, fishing, golfing, music, and was passionate about writing his thoughts and feelings. He was also known to be quite the practical joker and loved football, especially The Ohio State Buckeye. Chuck is survived by son Brian Keith (Stacy) Snyder of Savannah, GA, grandchildren Avery, Brianna, Brody and Landon, siblings Brenda (Don) Johnson, Archie (Janice) Snyder and Vivian Long, several nieces and nephews and also leaves behind his loving companion Karen Stefanacci and her daughters Aubrey (Justin) Bowdish and Ashley (Robbie) Marley and their children. He is preceded in death by his brother Ralph D. Snyder and niece Jessica Michelle Golding.

Visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus, OH on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 from 10am to 12pm, with service immediately following.

Burial will be held at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Lockbourne, OH.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Newcomer Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
