TOPPER

Sidney Topper, 94, of Grove City, OH and formerly of New Jersey, passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2017. Sid was born in New Jersey on January 16, 1923, to Louis and Celia (Gaier) Topper and is preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Eleanor (Punderson) Topper and second wife, Sally (Glubo) Topper.

He is survived by his children, Shawn (Robert) Conrad and Gene (Beth) Topper; sister, Shirley (Jerry) Barris; grandchildren, Jeff (Deb) Topper, Doug (Laurie) Topper, Brad (Janette ) Topper, Jill (Carl) Anderson, Robert Conrad and 9 great-grandchildren. Sid is also survived by his second wife’s children, David (Adrienne ) Glubo, Laura (Lonnie) Lister, Donna (Howard) Schwartz along with 8 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.


Sid served in the USMC during WWII in the Pacific, enjoyed golf, bowling and his family. Sid's Jewish Faith was very important to him.

He began his career in automobile sales and was promoted thru the years to Sales Manager and finally General Manager at multiple dealerships.


At Sid’s request, there will be no services.
