Meredith N. Taylor, 68, passed away June 15, 2017. She was preceded in death by parents, James P. and Lucille Mitchell; brother, Jimmy Mitchell; and brother-in-law, Stephen Taylor.

Meredith is survived by husband, Gerald Taylor; son Gerald Jr.; brothers, Alfonso (Charline) Jordan, Frederick Mitchell, and Michael Mitchell; brothers-in-law, Carl (Christy) Taylor and William (Alecia) Taylor; half-sister, Carolyn Taylor; and a host of extended family and friends.

Meredith graduated from East Moore High School in 1966. She then completed the Nurse Aide Training Program at St. Anthony Hospital in March of 1968. After that she graduated from the School of Practical Nursing Columbus Public School Division of Adult Education on Feb. 9, 1979. Meredith was a born again Christian and member of World Harvest Church, where she was a valuable member of the emergency medical team. In later years she was a member of River of Life Christian Center.

Funeral Service Thursday, June 22, 2017 at 10am at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Interment to follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estate in Reynoldsburg, OH.
