Marvin J. Aurand, born December 25th, 1924, passed away on March 16th, 2018.
He was preceded in death by parents Bertha Mae and Ira Fern Aurand, and siblings Richard, Frank, Charles, Mabel, Jean, Gladys, and twin brother Melvin.
Survived by loving wife of 71 years, Velma, sons David, Michael, and Stephen, grandchildren Christy, Julie, Donovan, Nathan and Jesse, and ten great-grandchildren.
Marvin was a WWII veteran, serving as an MP in the Army. He had multiple jobs throughout his life. His hobbies included woodworking, to which he was accomplished, fishing, bowling, and a love of the outdoors.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, March 24th from two to four in the afternoon at
Newcomer - 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd, Columbus 43231.
