Todd Joseph Cumer

Todd Joseph Cumer, 16, passed away on March 20, 2014 in Gahanna, OH. He was born on October 21, 1997 in Erie, PA.

Todd is survived by his mother, Tricia (Dan) Lawson of Columbus, OH; father, Roger (Tara) Cumer of Washington, PA; two brothers, Ryan Cumer and Jackson Toland; grandparents, Joseph and Patricia Lawson of Erie, PA and Howard and Linda Cumer of Washington, PA; aunts, Charity Lawson-Nelson and Jackie Lawson- Marucci of Erie, PA; uncle, Tom Cumer of Washington, PA; and many cousins.

Todd was a sophomore at Westerville North High School where he was a proud member of the wrestling team. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time with his friends. His real passion was for wrestling. He also volunteered as a youth wrestling coach for the Westerville United Wrestling Team.

Todd dreamed of becoming a wrestler for the United States Marine Corps Wresting Team and to be a physiologist. His passion to make others happy was overwhelming and his beautiful smile could light up the darkest room. Todd knew no strangers. Everyone was a friend to him and he always had a warm hug for anyone. The world has suffered a great loss and Todd will be sorely missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
