Abraham (Abe) J. Lilley, age 62, of Carroll, Ohio went to be with the Lord Saturday, January 24, 2015 after fighting a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on February 12, 1952 in Powell, Ohio to Arthur and Dorothy (Banfield) Lilley. Abe was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather and friend. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was an avid fan of the Steelers and Buckeyes, and enjoyed golfing, fishing, and playing cards. Abe was an automotive technician for over 40 years and is Co-owner of Car Care of Reynoldsburg. He is preceded in death by his father Arthur, sisters Ruth and Delores, brothers Floyd and Glenn, son Chad and granddaughter Kendall. He is survived by his loving wife of 18 years Tina, mother Dorothy, sisters Phyllis (Bill), Beatrice (Ernie), brothers Tom (Kathy) and Gary, sons Shawn, Jeff (Vanessa), Allen, Todd (Kristy), Mike (Joni) and Jason (Heidi), 14 grandchildren, best friends Steve and Sharon Ryan, Mike and Karen Moyer and many nieces, nephews and friends. At Abe's request, there will be no funeral service.

There will be a Celebration of Life event at a later date.

A special 'Thank you' to the tremendous staff at The Pickering House in Lancaster, Ohio and to his many caregivers for their care and compassion during his courageous battle.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made, in Memory of Abe Lilley, to FairHoPe Hospice and Palliative Care Inc., 282 Sells Road, Lancaster, Ohio 43130-3461.
