Many knew him as a co worker from North American Rockwell or as a Dairy Queen franchise owner. Some may remember him from Hamilton High School where he graduated from. Some know him as a NASCAR or avid Ohio State fan. Others may know him from racing quarter midget cars, and the Senior Olympics. Some may know him from around his beloved town of Groveport, Ohio where his family and extended family have lived for many years.
Preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Frieda Storts, brother, Larry E. Storts.
Left to remember him and the fun times we enjoyed together is his wife of 65 years, Ida. Also survived by his brother, Rodney (Ginny) Storts. His three daughters Susan (Jack) Burson, Karen (Glenn) Stoots and Sandra Maxson. His extremely loved grandchildren, Aleah (Michael) Hunt, Theodore Dean (Meagan) Burson, Shane Storts (Josh) Talbott, Rachel Anna Maxson, Ryan (Courtney) Stoots, Steve Stoots, Jason Stoots, two great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8pm, Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
A funeral service will be held at 10am, Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at the funeral home.
Entombment will follow in Lithopolis Cemetery.
