Ted "Papa Ted" Bartley, 64, passed away April 7, 2018. He was preceded in death by parents, Tremble and Glendeen Bartley; brother, Larry Bartley. Ted is survived by wife of 38 years, Jean Bartley; children, Greg (Cristy) Mullens and Kimberly (Jeff) Elliott; grandsons, Greg (Jessica) Mullens, Corey (Emily) Mullens, Dylan Mullens, Jeffery Elliott, Brandon (Heather) Elliott, and Jacob (Alyssa) Elliott; great-grandson, Theodore Elliott; brothers, Randy Bartley, Ned Bartley, Mickey (Wanda) Bartley, and Brice Bartley; many nieces and nephews; and furry companions, Gabby and Roxie.

Ted had a great sense of humor and a contagious laugh. He loved his family and his pets, and he was the kindest person you would ever meet.

Visitation Monday, April 16, 2018 from 10am until the time of Funeral Service at 1pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Interment to follow at Obetz Cemetery, Obetz, OH.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ted's memory to the Capital Area Humane Society, 3015 Scioto Darby Executive Ct., Hilliard, OH 43026-8990.
