Harry Pope Bryson, 91, passed away Nov. 29, 2018. He was preceded in death by parents; grandparents; brother, Charles Bryson; and sister, Jane Bryson Allner. Harry is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Mona Lou Bryson; daughters, Beverly (Thomas) Overmyer and Cheryl (Chris) Neer; grandchildren, Chad (Audrey), April, Andrew (Kendra), Joshua (Penny), Nick (Sara), Brittany, Abby, Jerith, Robert, Alice, Nautica, Jaci, Cali, Scott, Malachi, and Sarah; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Harry served in the United States Navy during WWII and the Korean Conflict. He then retired from the Columbus Police Department after 20 years of service. Harry spent the next years as a jeweler and pawn broker on the west side of Columbus. He will be remembered for his charm, his wit, and his ability to befriend everyone he met.

Visitation Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2018 from 4-8pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2018 at 1pm at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
