John Maynard, age 69, passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2018 after a long illness. Preceded in death by mother, Shirley Hickey, father, John Maynard. Survived by wife of 33 years, Tammy. "Hey Hun, I Love You."

Also survived by children, Angie Cervantez and Jesse Cervantez, grandchildren, Shawna Redd, special little buddy, Jesse Cervantez, and baby Kay'Awna, sister, Carol (Rick) Osborn, mother-in-law, Margaret McAvoy-Walker, sister-in-law, Kathy Osborn and other relatives.

Visitation will be held from 4 - 5:30pm on Friday, December 14, 2018 at Pleasant View Baptist Church, 2525 Gantz Road, Grove City, OH, where a service will begin at 5:30pm.
