He is survived by mother, Susan Jacobs; brother, Donald Jacobs; grandmother, Vicki Jacobs; fiancée , Jordan Eldridge; children, Camron Jacobs and Brooklyn Jacobs; aunt, Jennifer (Matthew) Albert; cousins, April, Jessika, and Kyle; other family and friends.
Visitation, Friday, Jan. 18, 2019 from 5pm to 7pm with Funeral Service immediately following at 7pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
