He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Richard Madland, Robert F. Morgan Sr.; Uncle, Robert F. Morgan Jr.; grandmother, Nett Nett.
Surviving family includes siblings; Amanda (Jay) Chiles, Cory (Mandie) Brenning, Trevor (Amanda) Gaskins, Nicole Brenning, Kelsea (David) Ross; grandmothers, Donna Madland, Donna Morgan; uncles, Steve (Laura) Madland, Tom (Patti) Morgan; aunts, Sue Morgan, Debbie Morgan; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Billy, may have lost his battle but he helped numerous others survive their battles. He was a kind and loving man who everyone loved. His crystal blue eyes and enormous heart attracted all that knew him.
His greatest joy was taking care of animals and helping when needed.
The impact he had on his Florida family can not be measured.
He was dearly loved and will be missed by all.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Wednesday, March 4th, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northeast Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio, with a memorial service immediately following.
