MaryJane Henson “GRUMP”, 78, of Mt. Vernon, passed away September 11, 2020. Mary was born August 24, 1942 in Columbus, OH to Corrine (Seneff) Hall.

She was a member of Full Armor of God Baptist Church. Mary was an avid card shark, enjoyed fishing, boating, a collector and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mary will be deeply missed by her; children Sarah (James) Wood, Cheryl (Dan) O’Neal, Kim Henson-Priest ; grandchildren Maryann (Amanda) Winchester, Sarah (Randy) Hockman, Bobbi (Jessica) Hunt, Carissa (Rick) Bolinger, Christopher (Sophia) O’Neal, Kelsey Henson, Tiffany Priest, Caitlyn O’Neal; great-grandchildren Dominic Hockman, Steven-Owen Kollas, Donoven-Owen Kollas, Thomas-Owen Hockman, Alanna Winchester, Tristan Grier, Jace Grier, Kamden (Matty) Hockman, Lucille O’Neal, Nicollette Corrine Henson, Emma Nicole Hockman, Kristopher Bolinger; sister Lemara (Diz) Daisy Mays, dear friend Carol Shaw, son-in-law John O’Neal, sisters-in-law Glenna Henson, Annie (Bob) Grimm, sisters-in-law Alice Hall, Charlotte Michaels along with many other family and friends.

Mary was preceded in death by her mother Corrine (Seneff) Hall, brother Jerry Hall, sister Norma Bailey, daughter, son Owen David Henson Jr., husband Owen David Henson Sr., granddaughter Michelle Nicole Hunt, mother-in-law Elizabeth Henson, aunt Flossie Brown, nephew Donald “Donnie” Bailey, brothers-in-law Donald Bailey, Wallace Mays, beloved Pastor and cousin Rocky Brown.

Visitation will be Wednesday, September 16, 2020, from 11am until the time of service at 12pm all at Full Armor of God Baptist Church 14454 E. Broad St. Pataskala, OH.

Burial will be at Jersey Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Newcomer Funeral Home to assist the family.
