Delores G. Porter

Delores G. Gardner-Porter was born on July 21, 1949 to Paul and Virginia Gardner. Growing up in Columbus, Delores graduated from Linden-McKinley High School. She retired from Riverside Hospital after 30 years of service. She was a big OSU and Pittsburgh Steelers fan. She loved to travel, reading, Star Trek and Star Wars fan and Perry Mason shows. Delores always showed a big smile and a big heart to those who crossed her path.

She was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Virginia Gardner and sister Lisa Knotts.
Delores leaves behind two sons Keith (Yolanda) Gardner and William (Maria) Porter Jr., brothers and sisters Paul Gardner, Esther Seward, James Michael Gardner, Toi (Gardner) Harris and Lori (Ted) (Gardner) Bishop. She leaves her granddaughter Kiera Porter and a host of nieces and nephews that she loved.

She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Visitation will be Saturday, September 26, 2020 from 11am until the time of service at 12pm at Newcomer NE Chapel 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd. Columbus.
