Paul Anderson
1953 - 2020

Paul, age 67, passed away November 23rd, 2020 due to Heart Complications. He was born February 21st in Springville, New York to David and Marylou Anderson.

He married his college sweetheart, Diane in May of 1975. He was a graduate of Oklahoma University with a degree in Accounting. His favorite sports teams were the New York Yankees & the Oklahoma Sooners. He was a loving husband, amazing father, grandpa and a great teacher. He made each of his children feel like they were his favorite.

He was truly gifted in being able to discern God’s word and relate it to others. In the course of 40 years, he taught over 4100 bible classes. He loved to sing and fellowship with others. It was WELL with his soul! His favorite verse was Romans 8:28: “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.” He could be found often long after church service was over talking with others, whether it be about sports, politics, or God. He had a desire for a deeper understanding of God’s word and encouraged others to do the same through studying the scriptures. He is preceded in death by his father David Anderson, and granddaughter Christian Bousquet. He is survived by his mother Marylou Randall Anderson and 4 sisters, Sharon Holtzclaw, Carolyn George, Fay Potter and Brenda Lons; his beloved wife of 45 years Diane Copeland Anderson; their daughters and son, Amber (Mike) Keppel, Jeremiah (Isa) Anderson, Jennifer (Jeremy) Schaeffer, Barbara (Jeffrey) Bousquet and their 11 grandchildren, Nicole Keppel, Ashley Keppel, Brooke Keppel, Kelsey Keppel, London Anderson, Liam Beckham Anderson, Gabriella Schaeffer, Riley Bousquet, Nicholas Bousquet, Payton Bousquet, Madison Bousquet.

A drive by celebration will be held at Darby Creek Church of the Nazarene Southwest Campus on November 28th, 2020 from 10:00-11:00 am.
In lieu of flowers or donations, the family requests a memory or photos to be sent to Jenniferschaeffer@outlook.com.
