Larry J. Goerlitz, 75, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away February 28, 2021.

He was born in Columbus, Ohio on October 23, 1945 to the late Walter and Rachel (Ross) Goerlitz.

He is preceded in death by his best friend, Laura Goerlitz.

Surviving family includes children, Larry (Cheri) Goerlitz, Jr, Edwin Mays, Karen Siders; grandchildren, Cheyanne, Pearlie, Lauren, Cole, Jasmine, Jacob, Jesse; as well as many other loving extended family and friends.

Larry was a Veteran of the United States Army, worked for C&M Distributing delivering beer, and retiring from the United States Postal Service.

He was a honorable man who would embrace people in any condition and always lent a helping hand.

Larry loved to have fun and will be truly missed by all who knew him.
