Billy is survived by his mother, Lela Love (Robert Hill); sisters, Katlin Love and Aliyah Love; brothers, Reggie Hill, Leland Love, and Teddie Love; grandparents, Brenda and Everett Williams, Diane and Henry Holland; aunts and uncles, Lonnie Williams, Derrick Williams, Brenda Parsons, Rodney Robinson, Tammy Rowe, and Jeff Holland; numerous cousins and friends.
My sweet, handsome, loving, and caring son ---you will be missed dearly.
A Celebration of Life will take place Saturday, Aug. 7th at 6pm at Lela's home.
