Gloria Dean Baugess, 88, passed away July 31, 2021 at her home. She was born January 8, 1933 in Ross County, OH. Gloria was proud to a faithful wife, loving mother, and partner in the family business.

Gloria was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Sherman Baugess, parents, James Franklin and Essie Marie (Strietenberger) Sands and sister Monna Jean (Sands) Crabtree, nephews Richard and Timothy Crabtree, and great nephew Adam Crabtree.

She is survived by son, James (Lynette) Baugess; daughter Dairen Kaye (Neal) Monroe; grandchildren, Nathaniel, Kristen and Wesly; great-grandchildren, Zachary, Keira, Jaxon, Ezekiel, Ariana, Alexis, and great-great grandchildren Aubriella, Amelie, Joshua, Aurora and nephew, Patrick Crabtree. Gloria was a member of the Grove City Nazarene Church.

Visitation is 4-7 PM, Tuesday August 3 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3393 Broadway. Grove City, OH. Funeral Service is 11 AM August 4 at the Grove City Church of the Nazarene, 4770 Hoover Road, Grove City. Pastor Owen Stotts to officiate.

Internment following the service is at Beaver Union Cemetery, Beaver, OH. James Baugess officiating. Donations may be made in Gloria's memory to Mount Carmel Hospice, 1144 Dublin Road, Columbus 43215.
