He is survived by his mother, Judith; son, Michael James (Rebecca Hamilton); daughter, Kayla Mahle; brother, Michael Jeffery Worthington; grandchildren, Asher James Worthington, Emberli Sophia Worthington; nephew; Michael Dakota Worthington (Mercedes Stover); aunt, Linda (Tom) Custer; cousins, Lisa (Greg) Miller, Shaun Cox; Jeremy Cox (Heather), Brandi (Ryan) Moore, Julie (Shannon) Metheney, Jill (Shaun) Metheney; and a host of other good friends.
