She was preceded in death by parents, Freda and Richard Holt; sister, Freda Pipke; brothers, Richard and Larry Holt.
Debra is survived by daughter, Amanda Chafin; sisters, Sandy Ridgely and Sue Graves; brother, Jack Holt; numerous nieces and nephews.
She attended Frebis Avenue Church of God for many years, until moving to Florida in the early 2000s.
Visitation Thursday, September 23, 2021 from 9:30 to 10:30 at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Procession to follow immediately after to Franklin Hills Memory Gardens, Canal Winchester for a Graveside Service at 11am.
