Betty Jeanne Landrum Daniels, born September 28, 1931 passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family on April 11, 2017. She was a lifelong resident of Westgate. A June 1949 graduate of Columbus West High School. Attended The Ohio State University. Longtime member of Glenwood United Methodist Church. Homemaker who enjoyed being creative. Above all Betty was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her father Mark R. Landrum and mother Evelyn R. (Henry) Landrum.

Betty is survived by her loving husband of 66 years James Daniels; children Pastor Mark (Ann) Daniels, Betsy (Jeff) Bishop, Kathy (Scott) Rogers, Dianne (Kenneth) Neff, and Martin (Katrina) Daniels; grandchildren Betsey (Norm), Christopher (Mindy), Philip (Amy), Sarah (Dan), Katelyn (Noah), Jameson (Ana), Daniel, Cameron, Rebecca (Michael), Andrew, Michael, Jonah, and Kipley; and 5 great grandchildren.

Family will receive friends on Monday, April 17, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, from 6-8pm. A Service will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at the funeral home at 11am. Interment at Sunset Cemetery will follow. Pastor Mark Daniels and Kenneth Neff will be officiating.

In lieu of flowers due to family health concerns, donations in Betty’s memory would be appreciated. Donations can be made in care of Dianne Neff. The family would like to give special Thanks to Mt. Carmel West for their incredible care for Betty and her family.
