Barabara Kay Hall, age 66, of Grove City, went home to the Lord on November 26, 2014 after a two year battle with liver and kidney disease.

She loved spending time with family and friends and Christmas was her favorite holiday. She was a shopper who enjoyed this activity with friends. Lunch and a movie with friends was another favorite activity as well as going to Hilton Head for a few months in the winter with friends. She was a party looking for a place to happen.

She was born on July 3, 1948 to Carl and Lois Grayem in Columbus. She was preceded in death by her parents and step-father Paul Gerhardstein and also twin infants Susan and Scott Knies. She graduated from South High School and then worked for the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services for 31 years.

She was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother and is enjoying heaven as a good and faithful servant of the Lord. She is survived by loving husband of 37 years Tim Hall. Also survived by her children, Kelly O'Connell, Michelle (Dan) Tager, David (Jenn) Hall, Stephanie (Wes) Carney, Ben (Jacqueline) Hall as well as her grandchildren, Tommy Pietch, Danny (Lauren) Pietch, Sarah (Adam) Whitt, Courtney Hall, Josh Carney, Maddie Carney, Kathleen Hall, Jillian Hall, Timothy O'Connell, Devyn Johnson, Jaycee Johnson and many nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

She was a member of The Church Next Door for 34 years and served on many boards and committees. She was generous, kind, a loving and lovable person and will be greatly missed by friends, family and all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in her name to The Church Next Door.
