He was born in Columbus, OH on November 24, 1945 to the late Lee and Allie (Hall) Eblin.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Jim Eblin; and sister-in-law, Carol Eblin.
Surviving family includes wife of seven years, Jacqueline Schulze-Eblin; children, Robert (Cory), David (Dawn), Michael, Matthew (Amanda), Sarah (Luke), Freddie; grandchildren, Cassie, Alex, Paisley, Eli; sister, Jo Ann; uncle Dan Hall; as well as many other loving extended family and friends.
Ronnie was an outdoorsman who loved golf, hunting, and cooking for his family.
He loved the Cincinnati Bengals.
Ronnie was a retired SGT from the Columbus Police Department and the Chief of Police of Cardington.
He loved his dog Presley, that was his buddy.
Ronnie was a proud husband, father, uncle and grandfather.

A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 25th, 2020 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm with a Service immediately following at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northeast 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus - OH 43231.
