Jeremy Thomas obituary: Jeremy Thomas's Obituary, Columbus
In Memory Of
Jeremy J. "Bo" Thomas
1988 - 2021
In Memory Of
Jeremy J. "Bo" Thomas
1988 - 2021
Born in Denver, Colorado on July 4, 1988 to Elrecco and Carla Thomas.
He graduated from Jefferson County High School (Louisville, Kentucky) in 2006. From there, he relocated to London, Ohio. Not far from London, in Columbus, Jeremy appreciated spending his days conversing with others and making them laugh. His love for a good time with family and friends was eclipsed only by his love as dad, coach and father. While in London, Jeremy embarked on the most important role of his life, fatherhood. There was nothing that Jeremy enjoyed doing more than spending quality time with his children.
Affectionately referred to as “Bo” by family and “JT” by friends, Jeremy, was truly a one of a kind human being! We will remember the times that he made us laugh in times of sorrow, provided encouraging words in times of doubt, and filled the room with energy when times were dull. His smile, optimism, protective personality and presence will be dearly missed.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Carl and Anita Fisher, Geraldine Small, as well as other family members that have gone before.
Surviving family includes parents, Elrecco and Carla Thomas; siblings, Elrecco Jr., Shaya, Joshua (Hasina), Cala; companion and “Princess”, Candice Dillon; children, Jeremiah, Nikyiah, Ava, Jaeda; best friend and cousin, Candi Fisher; along with numerous loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 13th, 2021 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with a service immediately following at Newcomer Funeral Home - NE 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus Ohio 43231. Burial will take place at 1:00pm at Washington Cemetery, Washington Courthouse, Ohio.
