Albert DeHaven Adams Jr. "Little Albert" was born in Xenia, Ohio on December 1st, 1957, the son of the late Albert DeHaven Adams Sr. and Gwendolyn "Mary" C. Dixson Adams. He passed away on February 28, 2021.

Albert was a graduate of Xenia High School, Class of 1976. He joined the U.S. Army directly from High School, served three years, was awarded the good conduct medal and an honorable discharge and returned to Xenia, where he was employed by Carboline for eight years before moving to Columbus, Ohio.

In Columbus, Albert retired from National Electric Coil/Rail Products where during his 30 years of service he filled various positions.

Albert is survived by his wife, Shirley (Ebberhart) Adams of Columbus, Ohio; daughter, Jocelyn M. Adams of Cincinnati, Ohio; two sons, Robert A. Adams and Albert D. (Asia) Adams III both of Xenia, Ohio; two brothers, Cecil E. (Deborah) Dixson of Columbus, Ohio and Marvin V. (Jennifer) Adams of Fredericksburg, VA; two sisters, Mary E. McClendon and Patricia M. (Roger) Baer both of Columbus, Ohio; eleven grandchildren, Ashlei, Tosh, Malachi, Te'Andre, Ariana, Alieyah, NaRohj, Nareon, Alashia, Albert IV, Adasia; two great-grandchildren, Braydon and Daniel; step children, Tyson Wilson, Latashia Parries, and Tamar Brown; step-grandchildren, Makayla, Mariah, Tyson Jr., Taryn, Talaya; step-great-grandchildren, Alana and Messiah; nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
