Jacqueline M. Channel, age 65, passed away on June 7, 2021. She was born on June 8, 1955 in Pomeroy, Ohio to the late Ruth and Clarence Sykes.

Jackie was a loving caregiver for over 50 kids through the years. Even though Jerry and Jackie did not have children of their own, they helped to raise many children. Jackie looked forward to hosting Christmas parties at her home. She was a member of Calvary Apostolic Church in Westerville. Jerry and Jackie enjoyed traveling to their favorite destination, Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 47 years, Jerry; brother, Wayne Sykes and many other dear family members and close friends. She was also preceded by her sister, Judy Ferguson.

The family will receive guests on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. at Newcomer-SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway in Grove City. The Funeral Service will begin at 2:00 p.m. Timothy Reynolds officiating.
