On Thursday, January 26th, 2017 Mahogany Perry and Charles Lightning were blessed with the gift of a beautiful baby girl named Mariaha Grace Lightning.

She was the sweetest baby, with the biggest and brightest eyes and smile.

Mariaha grew up to be such a love and had the purest and sweetest soul. She enjoyed playing dress up, often styling her hair and playing in mommy's make up while pretending to be a princess.

She loved dancing to anything that would come on and could not go a day without watching Pepa Pig.

Mariaha enjoyed eating popcicles and playing in the park with her sisters and brothers.

While mommy would cook, she would be right there helping with preparation and cleanup.

On Sunday, July 4th, 2021 God decided that his angel needed to return to her heavenly home.

Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Mahogany, Charles; sisters, Angel, Arionna, Lamaya, Priaha, London, Niomi; brother, Jr., Nahvion; grandparents, Mikell Houston, Fordelma Long, Tracy Lightning, Deborah Perry, Brady Miles; uncle, Nehemiah Miles, Jeremiaha Miles; aunt, Mercedes Perry; step father, Joel Clark; as well as, a host of loving extended family and friends.

A Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 22nd, 2021 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus - OH 43231. Funeral Services will be held immediately after also at the funeral home. Burial will take place in procession to Resurrection Cemetery - 9571 North High Street, Lewis Center - OH,
