Donna Blankenship, age 74 of Columbus, passed away on August 21, 2021. She was born on October 28, 1946 to the late Delmar and Mildred (Goff) Sword in Pikeville, KY. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings Cleve Sword, Delmar Sword Jr, Patricia Freeland, Betty Bennett. She is survived by her sons Glen (Angie) Blankenship, Mark (Erin) Blankenship and Daniel (Adam Barmore) Blankenship, grandchildren Shawn Spencer, Cody (Emily) Blankenship, Logan (Ashley) Blankenship, Ian Blankenship, Ethan Blankenship, Paige Blankenship and Samuel Blankenship, many great grandchildren, sisters-in-law Donna Sword and Jody Sword, brother-in-law Bill Bennett, many nieces and nephews.
