Betty J. Jarrell, age 90, passed away on September 12, 2021 in Columbus, OH. She was born in Omar, WV on December 5, 1930. She was the daughter of Ida and Thomas Farmer. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Ray. Sharing their love in marriage of over 60 years. Also preceded in death are daughters, Cynthia Bolen and Judy Jarrell; brother, Thomas Farmer; sisters, Mildred Blankenship, Opal Simpson, and Judy McComas.

Betty is survived by her daughters, Barbara (William) Shaw, Connie (Joseph) Castorino, and Regina (Jeffre) Moliff; grandchildren, Ronald (Lori) Imes, Troy (Michelle) Imes, Christopher Castorino, Sarena (George) Anderson, Jennifer Hammock, Michelle Hammock, Joshua Bolen, and Jared Bolen; sister, Carol Reed; great-grandchildren, many other family and friends.

Betty was a very private person who went her own way in everything she did. Betty loved spending her time with her dog, Beannie, listening to Elvis records, doing word searches and watching classic movies. She was a long time member of Franklin Township Block Watch.

Per Betty's wishes, there will not be a viewing or service. She will be entombed at Green Lawn Cemetery.
