Clarice W. Griffin, 66, of Columbus,OH went home to be with the Lord on November 15, 2021.
She was born in Youngstown, OH on May 5, 1955 to the late Howard and Doris (Hill) Morris.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Griffin; brother, Howard Earl Morris; grandparents, Eugene and Gladys Hill Carter.
Surviving family includes her children, V. LaShan (Damon) Carr, Bobbie (Eddie) Wines; grandchildren, Alexus Loyd, Daylon Carr, Jaydon Carr, Andru Loyd; siblings, Ronald Bryant, Denise Brown, Darren (Deborah) Morris, Kim Venable; two nieces, three nephews; two great nieces, one great nephew; as well as extended family and friends.
Clarice served as a customer service representative.
She worked at several companies including the Homemaker Shop, Phar-Mor, Kroger, and the County Polling office.
Clarice enjoyed crocheting and donating baby blankets to local hospitals.
She loved taking cruises with her family and friends.
Her greatest past time was spending time with her children, grandchildren and son-in-laws.
A Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 27th, 2021 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm with a Funeral Service immediately following at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus - OH 43231. Burial will take place on Monday, November 29th, 2021 at The Tod Homestead Cemetery, in Youngstown - OH.
