Tom is survived by brother, Richard Glaze; sister, Peg Novak; nephews, Mike, David, Keith, and Earl Perdue; nieces, Robin, Tammy, and Kelly.
Tom liked to bowl and play golf and pool.
Memorial Gathering Sunday, December 5, 2021 from 1pm until the time of Memorial Service at 3pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Central Ohio Diabetes Association, 1699 W. Mound St., Columbus, OH 43223.
