In Memory Of
Dorothy Terry
1942 - 2021

Loving wife, Mother and Grandmother Dorothy Vivian Terry age 79 passed away peacefully at home on December 12, 2021. Dorothy was born on June 29th 1942 in Floyd County Kentucky. She was married to Paul Terry for 56 years. Her family was her world. Everyone knew Dot as an incredible candy maker and Baker. She crafted beautiful gingerbread houses, detailed gingerbread cookies and delectable candies which she loved sharing with family, neighbors, and friends. If you knew Dorothy, you knew kindness. Before you left her home, she always ask if you needed anything. Everyone's needs came before her own. Our tremendous loss is Heaven's gain. I know she is now an Angel watching over us all. Preceded in death by her parents Ruby and Sylvester Brown, and sisters Ruth Spears and Barbara Gordon. Survived by her husband Paul Terry, daughter Jessica Terry, and son Shannon Terry (Christine), grandson Ryan David Osborne, Brother David Brown ( Ann ), sister Edna Faye Meade, and several loved and cherished Neices and Nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 17, 2021 from 9:30am until time of funeral service at 10:30am at the NEWCOMER SOUTHWEST CHAPEL 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123. Graveside service will be held at 12:00pm at Northlawn Memory Gardens, following the service at the funeral home.
