Trenia Lea Thompson
1973 - 2022

Trenia Lea Thompson, 48, passed away on January 15, 2022. Trenia was born on September 8, 1973 in Columbus, Ohio where she attended East High school.

Trenia was preceded in death by her mother, Diann Thompson; beloved aunt, Sis Thompson; grandparents, Violet Thompson, Clyde Smallwood, John and Sarah Thompson.

Trenia is survived by her 3 daughters, Kayla Thompson, Harley Coons and Hayden Thompson; her father, Johnny L Thompson; her sisters Crystal (JR) Browning, Brandy Thompson and brother Johnny Thompson Jr.; her childhood friend and partner Jess Blaney and her four-legged best friend, SisAnn. Trenia had many cousins, nieces, nephews and an abundance of friends that she loved deeply.

Trenia was a true animal lover who also loved music, singing, camping, fishing, being outdoors and spending time with her loved ones. She loved to make people laugh with her unique and one-of-a kind sense of humor that never left her. When Trenia wasn’t cracking a good (and sometimes dark) joke you could find her singing or dancing along to her own tune.

A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, January 28, 2022 at The American Legion Post 144, 3253 S. High St, Columbus, OH 43207 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.
