Daniel Leroy Barton, age 67 of Columbus, Oh passed away on July 30, 2022.

Daniel Leroy Barton born May 01, 1955 to July 30, 2022, son of Elmer Leeford and Norma Jean (Athey) Barton.

Hobbies include fishing and camping, most recently at Grand Lake St. Marys, and favorite past times spent doing these hobbies at Lake Erie. Deep sea fishing in the Atlantic was something he was able to experience a few times and absolutely loved it.

He was a handyman that could fix anything from cars to just about anything you would depend on a handyman for. He was willing to lend a hand to anyone that needed it.

Danny will be deeply missed by all of his friends and family.

Survived by daughter Shawna Barton, grandson Trey Smith, and granddaughter Arianna Goldsbury. Brothers David (Sandy) Barton and Dale (Karen) Barton, nephews Adam, Isaac, Nathan and Ethan, and many great nieces.

Preceded in death by parents Elmer Leeford and Norma Jean (Athey) Barton.
