Bernice was born on September 2, 1927 in Burwell, Nebraska to the late Leon Dubas and Victoria Dubas.
She is preceded in death by brother, Ben (Margaret) Dubas, sister, Rose (John) Urbanski, brother, Chester (Gertrude) Dubas, sister, Dorothy (William) Meyers and son-in-law, Barry Tomlinson.
Bernice is survived by her husband of 71.5 years, Ivan D. Booth; children, Marilyn (Denis Raihall) Booth, Lenore (David) Bennett, Kathleen (Victor) Yablonski, Janet (Robert) Rabe, Joyce Tomlinson, John Booth, Letitia (Albert Hackman, III) Joy, Timothy (Denise) Booth, Julie Booth, Amy Porteus; 22 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, from 10:00am to 11:00am at Church of the Ascension, 555 S. Main St, Johnstown, OH 43031, with a funeral mass immediately following at 11:00 am also at Church of the Ascension. She will be laid to rest at Greenhill Cemetery followed by a luncheon at Church of the Ascension.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Church of the Ascension in Bernice's honor.
