Betty Jo McLoughlin (Litteral), age 78, of Columbus Ohio, passed peacefully Wednesday morning, May 24, 2023, surrounded by her children.

Betty was a loving, caring, kind hearted soul, who dearly loved Jesus, her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends. She enjoyed going to church and singing in front of the congregation, praising her Savior. She often fed the homeless and volunteered at the food pantry. She worked many years as a home health aide, and treated her clients as family. She was married to the love of her life until his passing, in 1998.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Everett and Roberta Litteral, as well as her husband, William Mcloughlin Sr, and her brother, Everett Litteral Jr.

She is survived by her children Tonya McLoughlin, William McLoughlin Jr, and Tisha Baisden (McLoughlin). Betty has many grandchildren: Heather Riashi, Coy Hannah (Miranda Hannah) Brennan Baisden, Billy Baisden II (Madeleine Sylvester ),Cameron Baisden, Casey Baisden (Paula Baisden), Justin Baisden, and Jacob LeClair. Betty’s great grandchildren: Ayden, Coy II, Bentley, Hallie, Samantha, Jaxon, Kessler, Winston and Chiara.

Betty is also survived by her siblings: John Litteral, Linda Goshe (Don Goshe), Lydia Fultz (Kenneth Fultz), Ruth Thompson, Janice Stevens (Bobby Stevens), Leanna Ross (John Ross) and a multitude of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Betty will be dearly missed for her humor, endearing love, and unmatched selflessness.

Friends may call at the NEWCOMER SOUTHWEST CHAPEL 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123 on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm, where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at 12:00pm. Interment to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Lockbourne, Ohio. Pastor Chris Warzawski officiating.
