Surviving family includes, wife, Harriett, children, Gretchen and Amanda, grandchildren, AIden, Oliver, Madison, mother, Barbara Eakins, siblings, Gene, Diane, Dawn, Faith and Keith.
Memorial donations may be directed to the ALS Association, 1170 Old Henderson Road, Columbus, OH 43220.
