August 1, 1942 — June 21, 2015

On Sunday June 21st, Albert Steriti passed away after a long and courageous battle with multiple myeloma. He died at home, surrounded and cared for by his family. He was 72 years old.

A native of Boston, MA and long-time resident of Columbus, Albert was a loving husband, devoted father, beloved son and brother and a proud grandfather.

He is survived by his wife Gloria (Deitschle), his daughter and son-in-law Tondra and Troy Myers, his daughter-in-law Michelle Steriti, his sister Donna Steriti and his grandchildren, Ryan Lathem, Cody Ferguson, Anna Steriti and Alex Steriti. His parents, Albert and Antoinette, his brother Stephen and his son Nick precede him in death.

Albert served his country proudly, as a member of the United States Air Force. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War.

Throughout his illness, Albert received prayers and caring thoughts from his many friends and neighbors. His family would like to express their thanks and appreciation for these acts of kindness.

His faith and his family were the most important things in Albert's life and he will be dearly missed by all those who loved him.

A private burial service will be held for Albert.
