Surviving family includes, mother, Lori (Dominic Smathers) Lacy, father, David (Rebecca) Ford, sisters, Areanna Ford, Andriana Ford, Brooke Smathers, brothers, David Christopher Ford, DJ Smathers, Angelo Smathers, Michael (Mackenzie) Burns, Timothy Taylor, Keith Taylor, grandparents, Laurie and Larry Cappabianco, Diana Walker, Brenda Walker, Marvin and Brenda Burns, nieces, Addie and Avery, Olivia, Arianna, Jayden, Teagan, Anniston, nephews, Preston, Liam and many other family members and friends.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 2-4pm, Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH, where a memorial service will begin at 4pm.
