Allen S. Dowe III, 31, of Columbus, OH died on Sunday, December 31, 2017, in a motor vehicle accident. He was born on February 25, 1986.
He attended Brookhaven High School (2004) where he played football for 4 years.
He is preceded in death his daughter, Makenzi and grandmother, Geraldine Dowe and grandfather, Eugene Layne.
Allen is survived by his wife, Marinda Rin "Hurd" Dowe; children, Niya, Aaliyah and stepson, Marcellas; parents Cynthia "Layne" (Daniel) Stearns, Allen S. (Karen) Dowe II and stepfather, Brent Walker; his siblings, Aramis, Brandon, Trinity, Ashton, Andrew and Arrick; Allen leaves his paternal grandparents, Allen Dowe, Sr. and his maternal grandparents, Janet "Teague" (Robert) Aikens; step grandmother, Peggy Layne; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
The family will receive friends from 3-5pm, Friday, January 5, 2018 at Newcomer Northeast Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus, OH. 43231 where the funeral service will be held following at 5:00pm. Bishop Larry D. Palmer officiating.
