Alma K. Miller, 84 passed away at her residence on April 20, 2016.
Alma was a loving and devoted mother and proud nana.
Born on September 4, 1931 to the late Hubbard and Thelma (Hines) Milton in Columbus, OH.
She worked at The L&K Restaurant in Delaware, OH and was a night manager at The Howard Johnson Restaurant in Columbus, OH.
Alma retired from Ohio Bell and went on to work as a lunch lady at the Columbus Public Schools were she truly enjoyed her employment.
She enjoyed reading, watching sports, traveling and most of all cooking for family and friends.
Alma also enjoyed spending time at her son's pond with her family.
Survived by children Bill (Gail) Gilliam, Marilyn (late Frank) DeWeese, Mike (Joette) Gilliam and Kathy (Ken) Smith, grandchildren Kristin and Stephanie Ashworth and Michael (Lauren) Gilliam, step-grandchildren Jodi, Allen and Ken, great grandchildren Devin, Arianna, Aidan, Landon and Alanna, step great grandchildren Alex and Anthony, sister Harriett Joyce and great grand fur baby Arnold.
Preceded in death by husband Ray Miller, sister Helen White.
