Amanda Smith, age 33, went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 15, 2018.
Mandy was a loving mother, wonderful daughter, sister and friend to many.
She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Shirley Gatterdam and her uncle, Mike Williams.
Amanda is survived by her children, Mason and Vivian Phillips; father, Kenneth (Cindy) Smith and mother, Treva Smith; sisters, Andrea Sloter-Smith and Heather Morris; brothers, Ronald (Jamie) Smith, Shane and Justin Belcher; step-sisters, Chrissy (Mark) Grossman and Maria (Scott) Bryant; step-brother, Vinnie (Jess) Colecchi; grandfather, Stan Gatterdam, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 3-4pm, Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Vineyard Columbus, 6000 Cooper Rd., Westerville, OH. 43081where the memorial service will be held following at 4:00pm.
In lieu of flowers contributions in Mandy's memory may be given to the family for funeral expenses.
