Amberly D. Yakubik-Kinzer, loving mother, daughter and sister, 37, of Columbus, OH, passed away July 25, 2014. She was born on July 15, 1977.
Surviving family includes her daughter, Aubrey Kinzer; father, Gerald (Deanna) Yakubik; mother, Bonita (Steven Medley) Yakubik; siblings, Marla (Brian) Patton and Scott (Michelle Ware) Yakubik.
Visitation will be held from 4-8pm, Wednesday, July 30th, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. A funeral service will be held at 11am, Thursday, July 31st, 2014 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Alton Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the family for the benefit of Aubrey Kinzer's education fund.
