Andrew Joseph Forrest, age 48 of West Jefferson, OH, passed away on June 12, 2025. He was born on March 29, 1977 in Columbus, OH. Andy was preceded in death by his father Thomas Joseph Forrest, grandparents Alice and Rinford Riffe, cousins Michael and Anthony Gangluff and an aunt Lisa Riffe. He was survived by mother Wanda (Riffe) Price, brother George (Andria) Canning, step-father Ed Canning, children Bailee Lynn Forrest and Andrew Joseph Forrest II, many extended family and friends.
Per Andrew's request a cremation will take place at Newcomer Funeral Home.
