Andrew Paredes, 77, passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2016 in Columbus, OH. Andrew was born on September 24, 1938 in Brooklyn, NY to Andres and Florence Paredes.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife of 52 years, Nancy J. Paredes; and brother, Eddie Paredes.
He is survived by children, Kimberly, Christine (David), and Michael (Tara); grandchildren, Anthony (Robin), Daniel (Lindsay) and Andrea; great grandchildren, Devin, Cianna, Mia and a great grandson on the way; Siblings, Rachael, Eileen, Josie, and Pat; and many other loving family members and friends.
Andrew was an Air Force Veteran and was honorably discharged in 1961. He was a loving father, grandfather, and friend and he will be missed by all that knew him.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, February 4, 2016 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio 43231. A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 5, 2016 at 11:00am at Kingwood Memorial Park, 8230 Columbus Pike, Lewis Center, OH 43035.
