Phillip Andrew Foreman, 53, of Waverly, formerly Columbus, OH, passed away January 19, 2014. He was preceded in death by brother, Fred Joseph Foreman, Jr.
Andy is survived by parents, Fred Sr. and Paula Foreman; brother, Rick Foreman; sister, Cheryl (Bob) Graffagnino; numerous nieces and nephews; dear friend, Lori Wade; and many friends and coworkers.

Memorial Gathering Thursday, January 23, 2014 from 5-7 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Andy's memory to the Mid-Ohio Foodbank, 3960 Brookham Dr., Grove City, OH 43123.
