Anna Elizabeth Decker, age 90, of Westerville, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on December 15, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. Born on February 14, 1935, in Smyrna, NY, Anna was the beloved daughter of the late Erik and Alice Agren.

Anna's journey through life was adorned with both joys and sorrows. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Donald Decker, who held a special place in her heart; her sons, Donny Decker and Gary Decker, who were sources of immense pride; her brother, Roger Agren; and her son's-in-law, Mike Emery and Jared Gordon. Each of these losses has shaped her family's lives, leaving an indelible mark that will forever remind them of the bonds they shared.

As Anna leaves this world, she is lovingly survived by her devoted daughters, Debbie (Al) Coughlin, Donna Emery, and Dawn Gordon, who will continue to carry forward the values and love Anna instilled in them. The warmth she brought to her family is reflected in her grandchildren—Cortnie Horvath, Casey (Tiffany) Jackson, Anthony (Brittany) Gallione, Kelly (Alex) Taylor, Nicole (Clay) Engle, Eric (Katherine) Gordon,  Lindsey (Dylan) Avery, and Tyler Gordon. To them, she was more than a grandmother; she was a guiding light, a confidante, and a source of endless encouragement. Anna was also proud of her 16 great-grandchildren, each of whom brought her immeasurable joy.

Anna's vibrant spirit was complemented by her close relationships with her sisters, Nancy Boyatt and Rose Vanoy, who shared many cherished memories and laughter throughout their lives. She also cared deeply for her very special friend, Elmer "Bud" Yoest, whose friendship added to the richness of her life.

One of Anna's greatest passions was spending time with her family, creating a loving home filled with laughter and warmth. She was as skilled at sewing as she was at playing cards, and her competitive spirit shone through in her love for golf—where she proudly recounts her unforgettable hole-in-one moment. In an indomitable spirit, Anna embraced adventure—not hesitating to zip-line at the age of 80, evidencing her zest for life and exploration. An avid traveler, she traversed many countries, soaking up experiences and stories that she would share with those she loved.

Anna Elizabeth Decker will be deeply missed by family and friends alike, for she was the heart of her family, a beautiful soul who brightened every room she entered. In this time of grief, while her physical presence may be gone, her spirit, love, and memories will forever resonate in the hearts of all who knew her.

A private viewing and burial will take place for the family, with a Celebration of Life to be announced at a later date, where all who loved Anna will gather to celebrate the extraordinary life she lived.
