Preceded in death by husband, John A Faulkner, brothers Anthony and Joseph Coccia.
Survived by daughter, Betty Faulkner, son, Robert Faulkner, Granddaughters; Lisa Lelux (Jason), Kiko Schulz (Josh), Burnadette Stelmak, and Catherine Martin as well as 16 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.
Memorial Celebration of Life Saturday July 1, 2017 5-8pm @ 536 Wetmore Rd, Columbus, Oh 43214. Flowers may be sent to same address.
